Paraparaumu Prenail have invested in a computer controlled framing and truss line incorporating the latest equipment available in New Zealand and some of the best sawing technology available from Spida Machinery, the leading New Zealand manufacturer of automated saws for the frame and truss industry. The plant includes a Pryda framing line and a Spida Rapidframer and Plate progessor.
All sawing duties are handled by twin ‘back to back’ Spida CSS saws, while all pressing duties are handled between the Pryda Tasman and Bottom Chord Presses, serving an 18 metre jig.
